At Fittest Freakest, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. All products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate the Request
Log in to your customer account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original shoe box or apparel bag and secure them inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Gear
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
